Start by adding every person in your mahallu through the "Add New Member" screen. Enter these details once, and the same record is reused for everything that follows.

മഹല്ല് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകൾക്കും പ്രദേശാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള അംഗവിവരങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനും Ward വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുന്നു. Wards make mahallu elections and area-based member lookups far easier to manage.

Once all the basics are in place, the most important setting left is Automatic Due Generation. Configure it once in Mahallu App, and the system adds dues for every member on its own — on the 1st of every month, or on a fixed date each year.
